Return & Exchange Policy



Q. What is Your Return Policy?

A. HeyHairly purchases (gifts excluded) made through heyhairly.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery — as long as the item(s) are unopened, unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs.


Q. What Should Customers Know Before Returning?

A. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • If returned items show signs of handling (e.g. wig is worn or lashes are used), HeyHairly reserves the right to deduct 10–20% of the refund or decline the return entirely.


Q. How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

A. Please email us at emily@corptie.com before sending anything back. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos, if applicable, showing the product condition

Once approved, we’ll send you the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Q. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

A. If the return is due to non-quality issues (e.g. “changed my mind,” “ordered wrong product”), the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Any custom fees or duties

  • A $20 deduction will be applied to cover handling and shipping

Please use a trackable shipping method — HeyHairly is not responsible for lost returns.


Q. What Items Are Non-Returnable?

A. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized wigs or bundles

  • Opened/used lashes or nails

  • Any item marked “non-returnable” on the product page


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Most refunds take 3–15 working days depending on your payment provider.
For delays, we recommend contacting your card issuer or bank directly.
